FIRST: THE PUPPET GOVERNMENT

i think we must first define "puppet government", as definitions play an important role in everything. essentially a "puppet government/state" is a state in which an outside/foreign entity is controlling and affairs and political scene within a country. there are multiple examples of a a puppet government happening within past history, such as how the central powers forces occupied russian congress poland in 1915 and in 1916, germany and austria hungary created a polish monarchy to exploit the occupied territories in an easier way and mobilise the poles against the russians

SOME WAYS TO OPEN UP YOUR SOUL AND MIND AND UNDERSTAND

there are multiple ways to open up your mind and become more aware of this stuff.

1. SMOKING WEED
• Smok8ng weed is one of the best ways to open up your mind. it lowers your inhibitions, allows deeper introspection through the alteration and freeing of your subconscious mind. research shows that the state that THC (a chemical compound in weed which is actually what gets you high) puts your brain in is similar to one achieved by meditation; more on that below. THC increases bloodblow to regions of the brain such as the frontal cortex, insula, and cingulate which are critical for self-awareness, consciousness and cognition.
2. MEDITATION
• similarly to THC, meditation also improves blood flow not only to to the frontal cortex, but also the insula and cingulate. meditation is ingrained into culture throughout the world, and most predominantely found in asian spiritual practices and religions. meditation plays an extremely big role in the spiritual practises/religion of jainism, which is often regarded as one of the most, if not, peaceful religions on earth.
3. DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL!! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS ONE.
4. REGULATE YOUR EATING HABITS AND DIET
• regulation of your eating habits and diet is a MUST. you are what you eat ; modern day food is engineered with hundreds of chemicals to imobilise us. ultra processed foods are filled to the brim with LDL which can cause atherosclerosis, theyre high in sodium which increases water retention to an unhealthy amount making it harder for blood to properly circulate, and as mentioned before, blood flow is extremely important for opening up your mind.
